Social & Support Groups at Compass

At Compass, we believe in the power of connection, healing, and community. That’s why our center in the heart of downtown Lake Worth Beach is home to a wide variety of free social and support groups—designed to uplift, empower, and create space for everyone.

Whether you're seeking friendship, personal growth, support, or simply a place to belong, you'll find a group here that speaks to you. Many of our support groups are peer-led, offering insight and guidance from individuals with lived experience.

Explore our two types of groups:
Social Groups – Meet new people, build community, and have fun in a safe, affirming space.
Support Groups – Access compassionate, affirming spaces to share, listen, and grow together.
