Trans Connect is a Compass program offering peer-based support for transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse people.
Peers walk alongside you as you:
- navigate services and systems
- access gender-affirming care
- explore options and next steps
- build community connection
What Trans Connect Offers
- one-on-one peer support
- compassionate, nonjudgmental assistance
- help navigating resources and referrals
- linkage to affirming care and services
- connections to housing, food, legal, and wellness supports
Note: Trans Connect does not provide therapy or crisis services.
*Compass services are offered by appointment so we can provide intentional, high-quality support.
Walk-ins are welcome to check availability — but services cannot be guaranteed without a scheduled appointment.
