Palm Beach Pride Vendors
1. Event Overview
Palm Beach Pride is the largest cultural event in Palm Beach County, making it the prime opportunity to connect with the LGBTQ community. Don’t miss out on securing a vendor space!
Vendor rows are the focal point, radiating from the main stage with entertainment from noon to 6 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
2. Vendor Packages & Pricing
- Retail Vendor Space: $500
- Food Vendor Space: (Sold Out)
- Non-Profit Vendor Space: $400
- Government Vendor Space: $400
Early Bird Pricing is available until December 31, 2024. Prices increase by $50 on January 1, and another $100 on March 1.
3. Vendor Booth Details
- Booth Size: 10 x 10 ft.
- Includes: ONE 6-foot table, TWO chairs, SIX vendor passes for the weekend.
- Additional Passes: $10 in advance, $12 at the festival.
- Electricity: $50 for merchant vendors, not included for food vendors.
- Insurance Requirement: All vendors must provide a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy.
4. Application Process
- Platform: Applications will be processed through Eventeny. You’ll need to set up an account with them if you do not already have one.
- Required Documents: Upload logo and photo (optional), agree to the Terms & Conditions, provide Certificate of Insurance, and complete payment details.
Applications are reviewed weekly. You may be contacted for additional information if necessary.
