Palm Beach Pride Vendors

Don’t miss out on having a vendor space at the largest outreach event to the LGBTQ community; in fact, Palm Beach Pride is the largest cultural event in Palm Beach County. If you would like to be added to the annual mailing list to get information on becoming a vendor please email [email protected].

The vendor rows at Pride are the focal point of the experience as they radiate out from a stage that features entertainment from noon to 6 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. All vendor spaces are 10 x 10 in size and come with ONE 6-foot table, TWO chairs, and SIX vendor passes for the entire weekend (one vendor pass/ticket will admit one person for one day). Additional passes/tickets can be purchased in advance for $10 each or at the festival for $12.The 10 x 10 vendor space is underneath a larger 20 x 20 tent. Vendors do NOT bring and set up their own tents (exceptions are made at higher sponsorship levels). See below how vendors have set up their space at past Palm Beach Prides.

    Important Vendor Details

    Code of Conduct – To participate in Pride, you must agree to our participation guidelines and code of conduct. They can be accessed by clicking here. Palm Beach Pride is a family-friendly and pet-friendly event; any material intended for adult audiences cannot be visible as one walks by the vendor booth.     Certificate of Insurance (COI) – All vendors must provide a $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance policy listing Compass, Inc DBA Palm Beach Pride as the “certificate holder” and “additional insured.” Compass’ address is 201 N. Dixie Hwy Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460. If you have liability insurance, contact your provider and send the document to [email protected]. If you need liability insurance for the event we will have an arrangement with for coverage costing $65 through Total Event Insurance. 

    Electricity – Food vendor spaces include access to electricity. For merchant vendors, there is a $50.00 additional charge if you require electricity. Spaces with electricity are limited and will be distributed to vendors in the order by which payments for the space are received.

    Eventeny – We will be accepting and processing vendor applications through Eventeny. You’ll need to set up an account with them if you do not already have one.

    During the application process you will be prompted to upload your logo and a photo if you have one available. These are not required, but can help you in having an online store prior to Palm Beach Pride.

    Required elements during the application process include agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, agreeing to provide Certificate of Insurance, and providing payment in the form of a credit card or a bank account number. This payment will NOT be processed until your application is approved.

    We intend to review and approve applications on a weekly basis. We may be in touch if we have concerns or if you represent an industry where we receive numerous applications.
