The Lavender Lounge invites you into a prohibition-era world with a bold, modern twist — think vintage speakeasy layered with rich color and unapologetic self-expression.
Guests are encouraged to draw from 1920s-inspired fashion — flapper silhouettes, fringe, tailored suits, suspenders, and classic cocktail looks — and elevate it with jewel-toned colors like emerald, amethyst, sapphire, and deep ruby. This is a space to stand out, not blend in.
Go big on accessories: statement jewelry, layered pearls, dramatic headpieces, gloves, hats, bold makeup, and eye-catching details that bring your look to life. The more intentional and expressive, the better.

Why We Celebrate
The Stonewall Ball, usually held on the third or fourth Saturday in June, is Compass Community Center’s biggest annual event. It’s more than just a celebration; it honors the history and strength of the LGBTQ+ community while raising awareness about Compass’s important programs and services.
For over 35 years, Compass has been a key support system for LGBTQ+ individuals and those affected by HIV in Palm Beach County. The awareness raised through the Stonewall Ball helps provide critical support for programs, including:
